What is a Marketing Resource Center?

  • Best Practices: This is an online destination that organizes marketing best practices around key marketer challenges.
  • Community: It is a community of marketers that share their knowledge and experiences to improve the practice of marketing.
  • Topic Organized Content: This resource center publishes and codes a wide range of content and self-help features around marketing topics that marketers care about.
  • Dynamic Content Display: All resource center features are displayed in one or several locations depending on their relevance to the feature topics. Any article, download, webcast, or other features are coded and displayed by all relevant marketer need topics.

Is it Free?

  • Yes it is Free: If you received our monthly newsletter and you click from one of the links provided, then you are automatically logged into the resource center. A persistent cookie has been added to your computer to remember who you are to automatically log you in every time you visit. If you are a first time visitor, you will need to create a new account to access many of the content and self-help features. If you are visiting from a different computer you will need to log in using your user ID and password. If you have forgotten your user ID (email address) and password, you can simply click on the login screen to have it resent to you immediately.

What Kind of Features Can I Access in the Resource Center?

  • Content Features: This resource center features proprietary articles, downloads, RSS article feeds, reading recommendations and content features from a range of third party marketing experts organized around the topics marketers care about.
  • Self-Help Features: The resource center also features self-assessment tools, improvement blueprinting tools, discussion forums, on-demand webcasts, polls, surveys, and demos organized around these same topic areas.

How Often is the Information Updated?

  • Daily: Many content features including RSS feeds and collaborations are updated every day.
  • Monthly: New content features, collaborations, and self-help features are also added every month.


How do I get the Most Value out of this Resource Center?

  • Newsletter: Sign up for our monthly newsletter to be notified via email of new content and self-help features that are added every month.
  • Topic Search: Go to the topic landing pages on the left hand navigation bar (e.g., Relationship Marketing) and select the topic area that interests you and you will be provided with a summary of all resources that are available by your topic of interest.
  • Resource Search:  Utilize the resources by type navigation listed on the left side of the page to search by resource type by topic.  An example is to select the articles by topic button and scan the list of topic coded articles until you find one that may interest you. 
  • Search Tips:  Be sure to mouse over all the links of individual content features to view the description text.  This provides you a brief summary of the content feature to improve your search experience.
  • Search: If you still can’t find the information you are looking for, use our integrated search tool that will comb through all pages, features, PDF’s, and our database to find the resource that matches your need.
